Why Invest in the North?

With prices starting from as low as £60,000 and mid range investment properties usually in the region of £110,000 - £130,000 in the suburbs, properties are a lot more affordable than other areas. This growth is supported by Deloittes Regional Survey findings that Manchester is one of the fastest growing Cities in Europe with over 1.5 million square feet of office space completed in 2019. These findings reflect the North as a hotspot for both national & multinational employers which is resulting in both the sales and rentals market being in high demand.
Investment throughout the North is ongoing with huge projects such as Media City where the BBC is based being developed over the last 15 years and is set to continue. Further projects such as The Northern Powerhouse which has invested close to £13 billion to improve the transport infrastructure are all positive factors which are making the North an attractive place to invest.

Viewing Service - £150 per property
We can view properties on an investors behalf and conduct a detailed photographic report along with a video tour. Should the client wish to attend the viewing our consultant can also be present to identify any possible areas relating to the property which may affect the investment.
Investment Analysis - POA
We provide a detailed analysis on required improvements or modifications required to the property in order to maximise the investment. A common example of this is reworking floor plans to ensure the space and possible rental income is maximised. Following this, project costs will be advised as well as projected income and potential capital growth will be advised.
Project Management Of Refurbishment - 8% of Refurbishment Cost
We appreciate where refurbishments are required, investors may not have the time, knowledge or team to manage this. Due to this we are able to project manage the refurbishment process throughout to ensure advised budgets and timescales are maintained. Our team are experienced in the refurbishment process to ensure the quality is to the highest standard required for the allocated budget.
Lettings Service - £395 per property
We are able to assist in finding tenants for your investment to ensure the property produces an income when ready for letting. All traditional marketing methods are used as well as our network of possible tenant interest to ensure the property is promoted as soon as its available for rent.
